I’m Bruno Teles, a computer engineer, software developer, and entrepreneur based in São Paulo, Brazil.
I’ve worked across product engineering and technical leadership roles, including Solutions Engineer, Tech Lead, and CTO/Head of Studio roles in startups and digital product work. My focus is shipping reliable, maintainable systems and helping teams deliver software that matches real business needs.

Built reinforcement-learning environments and evaluation harnesses for complex coding benchmarks.
Developed infrastructure and expert-data pipelines for RLHF, including expert review systems, feedback loops, and data controls.
Integrated chatbot capabilities and agent harnesses.

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and I enjoy discovering new places and cultures.
