My background combines software engineering, consulting, client-facing technical leadership and agency management. I understand both sides of agency work: producing reliable software and maintaining clear communication with clients, product teams and delivery stakeholders.

How I contribute
Technical discovery
I help clarify product requirements, constraints, dependencies and technical risks before or during delivery. This includes identifying architectural options, integration requirements and the smallest practical path to implementation.
Solution architecture
I design application, API, data and cloud architectures appropriate to the product’s maturity and constraints. My approach favors clear boundaries and maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity.
Hands-on delivery
I can remain responsible for implementation after discovery. I work across backend, frontend, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure, primarily using TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js.
Client-facing technical leadership
I am comfortable explaining technical decisions to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders. I have participated in proposals, planning, estimation, product discovery and ongoing client communication.
AI engineering
I can support products that use commercial model APIs or require AI-related engineering infrastructure. My experience includes OpenAI and Anthropic integrations, AI-enabled workflows, reinforcement-learning environment harnesses and model-evaluation systems.

Led solution architecture, system design, business development, proposals, Agile team management and delivery for client products across different industries.
One significant engagement involved leading approximately 10 people across three squads to deliver a mobile application, web platform, administration application and content-management system within a seven-month MVP project.
