I have approximately 16 years of experience across software engineering, consulting and team leadership. My background covers enterprise software, SaaS products, marketplaces, cloud systems, integrations and AI engineering.

Clear technical ownership
I am comfortable owning a problem from initial analysis through implementation and production delivery. This includes coordinating dependencies and communicating decisions with product, engineering and business stakeholders.
Architecture connected to implementation
I contribute to architecture while remaining close to the code. This helps ensure that technical decisions account for actual delivery constraints and can be implemented incrementally.
Engineering practices
My experience includes automated testing, TDD, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, code review and technical standards. I focus on practices that improve delivery confidence without creating unnecessary process.

I support engineers through design discussions, reviews and shared problem-solving. I have led distributed teams and worked with developers across different experience levels, countries and technical backgrounds.
AI engineering
I have worked with OpenAI, Anthropic and other model APIs, as well as reinforcement-learning environments, evaluation harnesses, expert-data pipelines and model-quality workflows.
This experience is supported by formal Data Science and data-mining education, while remaining grounded in broader software-engineering practice.

G2i — Senior Software Engineer
Built reinforcement-learning environments and evaluation harnesses for frontier AI organizations. Contributed to systems for expert review, feedback loops, RLHF data and quality control.
Thoughtworks — Lead Consultant
Led cross-functional teams, served as a primary technical contact and supported engineering delivery using TypeScript, React, automated testing, CI/CD, AWS and Google Cloud.
Quasset — Tech Lead
Led approximately 10 developers working across the Netherlands and Manila. Established development practices, supported DevOps adoption and coordinated delivery for industrial asset-management products.
